Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen delays.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted domestic carriers. Shipping delivery times vary depending on the selected method and destination. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Restore Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
Restore Peptides is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked delivered by the carrier, Restore Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation if necessary.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the Contact Us page and include:
Your order number
Photos of the shipping package
Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Once verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement shipment where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Peptides are delivered in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form and should be stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, most solutions should be kept at 2–8°C and used within a limited time window. Please follow appropriate laboratory protocols for storage and handling.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
